PASTOR TIM RIGDON
About
Tim Rigdon was born and raised in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. On his 22nd birthday, his life was radically changed when he gave his heart to Jesus. Just a few months later, in July of 1992, he answered the call to preach and began a life of ministry. After serving as a pastor in North Carolina for five years, he felt God leading him to Kentucky.
In December of 1995, Pastor Tim relocated to western Kentucky, where he founded New Covenant Christian Center in Providence. The church held its first service on March 3, 1996. Over time, it became known simply as The Well, a name that reflects its mission of spiritual refreshing and renewal. Pastor Tim has faithfully served as its shepherd from the very beginning.
More than a preacher, Pastor Tim is a friend. His heart for people is reflected in every aspect of ministry. The pulpit at The Well is on the same level as the congregation—not just physically, but symbolically—illustrating his humility and approachable nature. Services are collaborative, spirit-led, and filled with authentic expressions of God’s love. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’ll feel the difference.
*The Well* is a place of new beginnings. It’s a church for those searching for something real—a place to connect with God, grow in the Word, and be part of a loving, non-traditional community. Here, you can come as you are… but you won’t leave the same.
In the fall of 2025, Pastor Tim published his first book, The Donkey, and has since authored several other titles available on Amazon.
