Speak to the Mountains
Pastor Tim Rigdon
Thursday July 9th
Fire on the Mountain
Scriptures and Notes
Mark 11:22–23 (NKJV)
22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.
23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Stop Climbing What God Told You to Command
Some of us have spent years trying to climb what God intended to remove.
Our confidence is in the God who cannot fail.
Too many believers spend more time talking about their mountain than talking to it.
Don’t let what you see
… silence what you believe.
“Stop walking around what I have given you authority to leave behind.”
God's plan of salvation is as simple as A-B-C
A = Admit you're a sinner who needs to be saved
Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
B = Believe that Jesus died for you & rose again
Romans 10:9: “That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
C = Commit to accepting Christ as Savior & Lord
Romans 10:10,13: “For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation...for whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Matthew 16:24-25: “Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, take up His cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.”
John 3:16-17: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
Don’t be fooled — just because God’s plan of salvation is “simple,” that doesn’t mean it is easy. It cost God His one & only Son, and it will change your life...forever.
Would you be willing to pray this prayer with a committed heart of faith, trusting & believing what the Bible says about Jesus and His love for you?

"Oh God, I know I am a sinner. I believe Jesus was my substitute when He died on the Cross.
I believe His shed blood, His death, His burial, and His resurrection were all for me. I now receive Him as my personal Savior. I thank You for forgiving me of my sins, and for the gifts of salvation and everlasting life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen."

If you made a decision to accept Christ, please be sure to share that with us!
